750 ml Pale color, intense and complex aromas of blackcurrant leaf, tomato leaf, gooseberry and sweet green pepper combined with grapefruit, passion fruit, nectarine, lima bean and a hint of mineral. Fresh and concentrated with a lingering finish.

Terrific with baked goat cheese atop a lightly dressed green salad, white fish with lemon and capers or simply on its own, as a pre-dinner quaff.

750 ml 2005 - Wine Spectator 88 pts: Sleek, with racy acidity carrying raspberry, red plum and currant notes, along with mineral and violet hints on the finish. Solid, but lacks some generosity, with a hint of hard candy on the finish. Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Drink now through 2008. Tasted twice, with consistent notes. 5,195 cases made. (10/31/07)

750 ml Ruby red. Cherries, leather and light coffee notes give this Cabernet Sauvignon its introduction. Good structure with medium body and soft tannins. Try with tzatziki-topped lamb burgers, meatloaf sandwiches or shepherd’s pie.
