750 ml Pale color, intense and complex aromas of blackcurrant leaf, tomato leaf, gooseberry and sweet green pepper combined with grapefruit, passion fruit, nectarine, lima bean and a hint of mineral. Fresh and concentrated with a lingering finish.
Terrific with baked goat cheese atop a lightly dressed green salad, white fish with lemon and capers or simply on its own, as a pre-dinner quaff.
