Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. Wine of the month subscriptions are just as easy. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. When you place your order, your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. (Please keep in mind we only ship into US states.)
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.
We also accept checks for annual memberships, gift memberships and product orders
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order within two days after receipt. 'Club Member Shipments' are scheduled for the same week each month depending on the specific club - normally the 15th of each month.We will notify you wine shipments are sent by email. Shopping cart purchases are shipped in two working days from stock or, within 7 days for special order items. Note that your credit card is not charged until the day we ship your order.
Guarantee

We request that you do not have your credit card company dispute the bill until we have the opportunity to correct the problem. Our solution may be to provide a different product more to your liking.
Add and Update Your Customer Profile
- On your first visit to your account profile, complete the Create New Account section and you will be ready.
- When filling in the new customer section you may sign up for the PWC Mailing list of wine news, special events and promotions. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time and we never send or give your information to any one.

Shipping to multiple address, Family, Friends, Customers
PWC will help you manage your addresses so you don’t need to key them in each time for each order. This will be supported as you chose the multiple ship to feature in the GIFT section of PWC or at check out. Feel free to call us for support with your shipping lists. |
Shipping
Wine is shipped using environmental friendly packaging, not bulky Styrofoam. The cartoons can be recycled and will protect your wine during shipments!
Most wine is shipped using UPS ground and will require an adult (at least 21 years of age) signature upon delivery. An e-mail notification will be sent at the time of shipment so you can make arrangements to accept your shipment. If you are not available to receive your shipment after multiple attempts the product may be returned to us. Any returned product, or refused product will be credited back to your account less the shipping and handling fees.
Any wine or other products purchased in your shopping cart will be shipped based on your shipping preference, such as 2nd day air or ground. All wine club shipments will be shipped UPS ground or an alternative carrier based on the state. Not all states are served by all carriers for wine shipments.
Note that some states have made it a felony to ship wine into, others can impose penalties per shipment. Carriers like UPS have also been charged for delivering wine into some areas. We will make every effort to deliver into your state unless it is illegal for us to do so. If your state does not allow shipping may we suggest you ship into a nearby state that allows shipping.

Helpful Hint: We suggest shipping to a business or renting a package store mailbox. For a minimal fee your mail is secure and there is always someone available to sign for shipments. These small package stores are great and it also gives you a business address to ship to, not a residential address that can save you time and money.
- Sign in to your account with your e-mail address and password. If you have never set up a customer profile with PWC, fill in the new customer section and continue.
- Select your shipment history and select your order, the shipping information will provide you with the UPS or other shipper number, make a note of it to track it with the shipper if needed.
- Note that if you placed an order before you setup your customer profile information the shipping information may not show up when you sign into your account. Feel free to contact us at PWC for information on your shipment. Your future orders will be joined to your customer profile.
